(Dr.) Khalwale stated is that there is no precedent being set in terms of skewed distribution along the political parties as long as that has been undertaken with the concurrence of the parties.   • 29 Nov 2016 in Senate: Order, Senators! First, this debate should be concluded because it is an agreed position. Secondly, Sen. (Dr.) Machage referred to Standing Order No. 90 (3) which provides that:- “It shall be out order to use offensive or insulting language whether in respect of Senators or other persons.” I do not understand how relativity can be offensive. When we talk of ‘greater,’ the next position is still great. Sen. Sang, by your own admission the instructor and the student cannot be the same. view
