because many countries are signatories to it. African countries do not participate very much in athletics because many countries do not have athletes like Kenya. Kenya is the super power in terms of sports. Kenyan athletes always win about 800 races in the world - from the track to marathons. The National Assembly, on 14th March 1967, established a Catering Fund and a Catering Committee with powers to hold and manage the Catering Fund, among other functions. The Catering and Health Services Club Committee has the mandate of managing the Catering Fund and Health Club Fund. It is the oversight body on the operations of the Catering Department.
