Before the Mover responds, I just want to take you back to my earlier clarification that this Section refers to a person contravening the provisions of this Section and not the Act. If they had substituted the word “Section” with the word “Act”, then, we would say that New Clause 2A is repetitive but they are very specific by mentioning “this Section.” That means it refers to this particular Section.
