We reduce the allocation especially in the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Irrigation, which is a fully devolved function together with the Ministry of Water and Sanitation, and the Ministry of Health. We should look at the monies allocated to them in the national Government and reduce it.
