Secondly, I am in full support of the prayer to come up with mitigation measures to the perennial floods. There must be a way out of perennial floods which are followed by perennial droughts. There must be a way of the Government striking a healthy balance during the rainy seasons when we have floods and the dry spells when we experience drought. We have all heard and listened to the newly installed Inspector General (IG) of Police vowing to tame runaway insecurity.
