  • 22 Jul 2021 in Senate: I sincerely thank Sen. Kwamboka for coming up with this single section amendment which means a lot not just to our children, but to the education sector in this country. I will say very few things about this proposed amendment as I fully support it. Madam Temporary Speaker, respect for our children must begin with doing something about what matters most to them. There is nothing that matters to a child more than their nutrition. Away from just talking about it and saying that we care, something needs to be done to demonstrate that duty of care.
