May our best youth in Tharaka, Mumoni and all the recruitment centres in Kitui County and the country at large be successfully recruited to join the ranks and file of the KDF. It shall be well. I have listened carefully to what the Senate Majority Leader had to say about the payment of hardship allowances to teachers. There are members of staff from government ministries serving in some wards, which are classified, as hardship, but they do not earn hardship allowance.
