Let us forget about the post-election violence, if that is a sensitive subject. If the NSIS had received information this morning that somebody was about to bomb the Kenyatta International Conference Centre (KICC), why would they have to go anywhere else to seek for assistance to restrain such a person from accomplishing his mission? Having said that, I think we are starting to get into hypothetical situations which will not serve this country anywhere. This clause and these amendments, to me, are not serving any purpose. That is because in our Constitution, one of the things that make you not eligible for leadership is insolvency.
