We should look into it to see how to help Kenyans. This Act was signed by Mzee Kibaki. Our Committee has done a lot in trying to lower and stabilize the price of fuel. During the Post-Election Violence (PEV) of 2007, there are some IDPs who were taken to Mawingu IDP camp and left there. The Government negotiated with the owners of Muhu Farm because they wanted to settle IDPs at Mawingu Camp. They agreed that the Government was going to purchase that land. Kenya has billionaires who are not even 1,000 against very poor people who cannot afford a meal running to 47 million. view
