  • 15 May 2019 in Senate: I beg to just conclude this matter and give an assurance to this House. I would like to underline that it is not a matter to be taken casually; it is a serious matter. There is a history behind this matter and the leak detection is a matter that we have interrogated so much in every meeting that we have had with the KPC. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would request that we be given about two weeks to respond to this matter. view

  • 28 Mar 2019 in Senate: Mr. Speaker, Sir, this is not about the leadership of Nairobi City County or about the necessity of the deputy governor. It is the issue of legality between lawyers who can cause a lot of problems in life. Therefore, I call upon you to save the House and get it back to the core business. view
  • 26 Mar 2019 in Senate: Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I rise to speak on this very important matter. Before this kind of programme is put in place, there must be a wide consultation.
