Mwangi wa Iria to the Committee on Lands, Environment and Natural Resources to answer on water supply in Murang’a, because there was a crisis there. He refused to appear before the Committee and we decided to summon him, which he defied. Therefore, we decided to write to the IG, so that he could bring Mwangi wa Iria to the Senate to answer the same questions.
