As the other Member has said, power was not devolved; what actually took place was that we wanted counties and constituencies to benefit from the allocation of resources from the national Government. The issue of the flag is a concept which came about as a result of the scenario where Members of the County Assembly and the governors, wanted to have a way, in which they could aggrandize themselves so as to be seen and recognized wherever they maybe. ... view

It touches on the lives of many students in this country. This issue should be looked into very carefully and an appropriate response given. Therefore, I undertake to forward this request.
