This afternoon a Senate of the Republic of Kenya is discussing a conduct of a governor who has refused to respond to summons issued by the Senate. I also symphathise with the counsel. He has made eight bound copies for 67 Senators. The copy I have is well paginated. He was making reference to pages 386 and 387, which seem to have a properly paginated bundle, which my colleague, Sen. Wambua, has paginated, which reads 374 and 375. This is not an easy task. • 14 Oct 2024 in Senate: Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is not easy to prepare all these bound documents. Let us know which Senators do not have the right copies. As I said, the one I have is well paginated. The ones who do not have the bundle that is not well paginated can draw the attention of the clerk, then they can swap, or the counsel can supply another copy. It seems some of us have well-paginated documents while others do not. view
