May I say that the Minister has done a good job in not only satisfying the legal requirements in the appointment of the Board, but as I can see from the list, there is gender and regional balance. Up to about 350,000 Kenyans were displaced from their homes and are now IDPs in various parts of this country. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, where I come from in Trans Nzoia, we had about 40,000 IDPs, 16,000 of whom come from my Saboti Constituency. Let me take this opportunity to congratulate the Minister for Finance for bringing this Bill which was long overdue. Let me also take this opportunity to congratulate the Minister on his reappointment and all members of the new Cabinet on their appointments.
