Ordinarily, Cabinet Ministers used to come here to answer Questions. If you asked a different question, he would simply tell you that he would file it and answer you when it was ready, since it was different from what was on the Order Paper. I appreciate the good work that is being done on both sides. Members here are literally raising up every issue that needs to be raised as far as land is concerned. The Cabinet Secretary is willing to go back and address all those issues, even when they are not in the original text of the Order ...
