• 11 May 2022 in Senate: The principle object of the Bill is for allocation among counties the share of revenue that is annually allocated to the county level of government for the next Financial Year 2022/2023 and to facilitate the transfer of county allocations from the Consolidated Fund to the respective county revenue funds. Pursuant to Article 217 of the Constitution, the Senate in September, 2020, approved the third basis of revenue sharing among counties of the national revenue allocated to the county level of government.
