I am also proposing some amendments and I think I took all my time when I was contributing to this Bill, because it had a lot of issues. Regardless of that, we owe it to the employees of counties for these Bills to pass. This is because if they have two running systems, then remember that the costs are also too high. This is in terms of having two fund managers, two administrators and two actuaries. view
