I beg to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Education: (i) whether he could state how many technical training institutes have been established so far in the country under the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Act (TVET) 2013, per constituency; and, (ii) in view of the fact that the Government has earmarked funds for establishing those institutes in every constituency, what the scheduled road-map for completion of the remaining institutes to cover all the 290 constituencies is.
