  • 4 Jun 2019 in National Assembly: Lastly, we are not reading on the same script on matters appointment. Some people are saying that the youth must be given an opportunity. Remember we are dealing with matters of the State. Somebody must have at least 10 years’ experience and be qualified to be a Judge of the High Court. I will go with that. If we just have anybody getting in because of the pressure from the youth, we may be doing injustice to the counties. view

As said by my Chairman of Departmental Committee on Agriculture, this is the best thing that has happened in this country. Today, you can just have the receipt, which is a legal document, to negotiate whatever you want to do with the funds. view

I went to some of the areas where warehouses have been established. I also had a chance and privilege to go to South Africa and witness the system working.
