Kaluma that this is a matter that falls within the purview of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs. I served as a Member of the Power of Mercy Committee. It is a body that is established under Article 133 of the Constitution, and the issues that are dealt with in that Committee are issues that have already been adjudicated upon by courts.
