Thank you, hon. Speaker. I take this opportunity to first pass my condolences to the family of my senior counsel, Senator Mutula Kilonzo and the people of Mbooni Constituency and Makueni County for the lose of their loved one. I am elated by the Presidentâs Speech. As a lawyer, I know that this Speech captures the letter and the spirit of the Constitution. This is the period in which we are expected to implement the Constitution.
