It is, therefore, very important that, at the beginning, we harmonise the integration process through the various Bills that have been brought. I am happy to report that this being our first Bill from the Regional Integration Committee, it has received 100 per cent support. One of the reasons why I support this Bill is because it has granted our county governments 43 per cent of the national revenue, which is a great improvement from the last allocation that we gave to the county governments. I am informed by my colleague, hon. Kathuri Murungi, that the best Macadamia nuts in Kenya come from Meru County.
