Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) Funds from the Development Budget have been utilized mainly for rehabilitation and re-construction of the key road transport corridors, which had largely collapsed due to lack of maintenance. A portion of the funds have also been utilized to provide counterpart funding for donor funded programmes such as the Roads 2000 Programme as well as undertake urgent maintenance of important road links.
