Standing Order No.20(1) states:- "Any Member may at any time rise in his place and seek leave to move the adjournment of the House for the purpose of discussing a definite matter of urgent national importance". It is for that reason that I am pleading with you to give us your opinion. As we speak today, the National Assembly of this country is without an Official Opposition. Secondly, an Official Opposition in this country is a necessity in obedience to Section 1(a) of the Constitution. Where hon.
