Benjamin is my neighbour but I really want to agree with him on one thing, that even if we pass and have the numbers that will require us to go for our vacation--- I was somehow talking loudly. Members will be going home without the money for the roads because the Deputy President has just made a declaration on the roadside that the Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KERRA) money goes to the governors. view

I want some response from the Executive that they should not be interfering with us and KERRA, KURA and REA money must be left as devolved like the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF).
