(b) The Ministry has plans to expand KBC TV network to cover all the counties during the implementation of the ongoing analog to digital TV migration programme. The Ministry is seeking for the Government of Kenya (GoK) funding to enable the rollout of digital TV network to fully cover the 47 counties. The rollout is to be done in phases subject to availability of funds. view

I would like to inform the House that the universal deadline for digitization is 2015, but as a country, Kenya, we have set our deadline to 2012.
