• 5 May 2011 in National Assembly: (i) for appointment to this grade, an officer must have served in the grade of Director of Information or in a comparable and relevant position in Public Service for a minimum period of three years; view
• 5 May 2011 in National Assembly: (ii) he must have a Masters Degree in any of the following disciplines: Mass Communication, Communication Studies, Information Sciences, Public Relations, Journalism, International Relations, Social Sciences or any other proved equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; view
• 5 May 2011 in National Assembly: (iii) he must possess strong leadership skills required at that level; (iv) he must have excellent oral, written communication skills in English and Kiswahili; view
