(2) Investigate the causes of continued delay and sideling of resettlement of the petitioners. (3) Intervenes to have the petitioners’ resettlement process fast-tracked. The fact that he has presented the Petition to this House and not the other House is a clear demonstration that Kenyans have faith in the House of the Senate. The matters that he is raising in his Petition are very fundamental issues that go to the core of our Constitution 2010.
