  • 7 Aug 2018 in Senate: Mr. Speaker, Sir, I thank you for the opportunity. I rise with a heavy heart. From the onset, I want to say that on my own behalf, my family and the people of Vihiga County, I want to convey my deepest condolences to the affected families who lost their loved ones. Last year, they had a mean score of 291 ... view
