However, sometimes it is hacked and pornographic material was infiltrated into it. In as much as we want public participation on this platform, our Clerks need to safeguard it, so that it is not hacked as it happens in South Africa. In a situation where there are committee meetings, let them not be done at the same time, so that we avoid overlaps. We can have one committee meeting at 11.00 a.m. and another one at 1.00 p.m. view

Madam Deputy Speaker, there is also the plight of children who are sexually abused by their caregivers, relatives and people known to them or otherwise.
