• 30 Mar 2022 in Senate: Commitment of employees can lead to productivity in an organization. Even an organization that was not doing very well can come up very strongly when employees are loyal. Loyalty and commitment of employees goes beyond what is expected of employees. Sometimes employees might even be expected to use some of their spare time to ensure that the operations of the organization run smoothly. view
