It is my hope that as they listen to our debates with regard to issues of national importance, they will pick something from our debates. I am happy that we have girls among them who are learning from the House that women empowerment is possible. Yes, it is possible for women to be in leadership positions. Education is an equalizer. In fact, Article 33 of our Constitution states that: “Every person has the right to freedom of expression.” Madam Temporary Speaker, Sir, names of Kenneth Matiba, Charles Rubia and others should be engraved in the Hall of Fame. The county governments should consider having the Hall of Fame though they need to sieve the people who will make it to that list. We could also include names of some spiritual leaders in the County Hall of Fame, but not Pastor Ng’ang’a, Bishop Deya and other pastors who blackmail their ... view

This Bill should be supported for it will help us learn from others. Madam Temporary Speaker, as I said, the Hall of Fame is supposed to have people who will inspire the society and the youth to have the desire to have an impact that will be acknowledged nationally.
