It was eventually implemented and expanded to help the vulnerable and persons with disabilities so that they can eke a living. However, it is unfortunate that as we speak, the rightful beneficiaries of this programme are not getting the money because it is being misused. So, there is need for investigation to be done to establish why there is transfer to Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB).
