It is, therefore, something that the State must really act. I suggest that Cabinet Secretary (CS) Matiang’i should be more vibrant on the issue of security in Laikipia.   • 9 Sep 2021 in Senate: Madam Temporary Speaker, thank you very much for giving me this opportunity to continue with this Motion on provision of colostomy bags to cancer patients. As a cancer survivor, I am talking on behalf of millions of Kenyans who are suffering. They are just isolated and there is no one to help them. Some of them end up suffering until they are just buried without any assistance. view
