Mr. Speaker, Sir, while I thank the Minister for that answer, I would like to say that this is a serious matter. Ministers have to be serious. He cannot say that he has to wait and consult another Ministry. They must be able to work and make decisions! They should not delay making decisions on issues that are going to kill institutions in this country. We are going to leave tourism to our neighbours because all the lions are going to die. Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me the opportunity to contribute to this important legislative process. There were admissions by the Attorney-General that we have 53,000 civil cases pending in our courts. We all know, and he knows better than all of us, that justice delayed is justice denied. It is taking eight to 20 years for somebody to get justice. So, the amendment to introduce arbitration in our legal system is something extremely important.

Mr. Speaker, Sir, these are communities who have lived in peace together for a long time until this problem arose. Therefore, pointing fingers in one direction will not help much. We want these people to continue with the process of healing and, indeed, live together in peace and harmony. I would like to know from the Assistant Minister what measures he is putting in place to ensure that police officers are facilitated to investigate this crime. We know that most of these guns come from our neighbouring country. Is it the people from across the border who are killing us? ...
