I would like to inform him because he has just said something very sensitive, so if any High Court judge or High Court Bench delivers a ruling which is not favourable to the parties in that application, the one who is not satisfied has a right to go back to that same bench to stay that ruling. I was giving evidence in Petition No.2 to 3 of 2011, a petition which I filed when I was the Member of Parliament for Makadara Constituency to seek compensation for Sinai victims. I am trying to give evidence to show that. So, with all due respect, I want to give facts to prove to this honourable House that Governor Evans Kidero is taking this House for a ride.
