Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I would like to persuade my good friend, Mrs. Odhiambo-Mabona that we reverse that order because this is not a very senior position. It is an important position, but not very senior. We can say that the Cabinet Secretary will appoint this officer through a competitive process and with the approval of the PSC, so that he will be answerable to the PSC to demonstrate that he had an open process.
