If you look at Order No.13, you will notice that this is business which has actually been dealt with by this House with the exception of just one name; the very first name. My proposal is to re-arrange the Orders to enable the completion of this exercise by debating that one member and disposing of this Order before going to the other business of the House. We have fully debated these names before and there was also one name that was not approved. That is the reason I rearranged the business of the House because I could not foresee.
