If you look at the Standing Orders, the Committee on Delegated Legislation is charged with that specific requirement to scrutinize all regulations and all subsidiary legislation. So, it is really superfluous in that you are asking the Committee to do what is already required to do under the Standing Orders. But it is up to you to proceed.
