They have had since the date of promulgation of this Constitution which is more than almost two years to liaise with the Ministries, go through the eight stages and bring these Bills well in time for them to be debated in the House. I am concerned that we are anticipating a report that the House has not had the benefit of seeing. The only way we can have the benefit of seeing and commenting on the same is when the report is properly before the House.
