It is a situation report that points out that the intelligence agencies have received information that a group of Al Shabaab operatives were dispatched from Lower Juba area in Somalia to Ijara and Lagdera Constituencies on 13th December, 2011 with a brief to assassinate Minister Yusuf Haji and Deputy Speaker Farah Maalim.
