Order! Mr. Minister, we are not through with this yet! You have said that all the team members travelled by air. However, Dr. Khalwale is alleging that they all did not travel by air. Not only that, one of those who travelled by road, won a bronze medal. Get me correctly because this is not a trivial issue that is being raised here! That Kenyan did not travel by air, but she won a bronze medal. Did she win a bronze medal without accreditation? I think we need to deal with this.

Mr. Lagat, had you listened to me, you would have realized that was precisely what I was going to ask the Minister. How a Kenyan could win a bronze medal without accreditation? That is the point I want explained!
