Assistant Minister, even as you seek to explain the statute of the International Criminal Justice, you must not mislead the House. There is an obligation under that Statute for States to comply with the orders issued by that court. Indeed, that is why the President of the Republic of South Africa and the President of the Republic of Uganda have indicated that they will comply with such requests. What the hon. Members are asking of you is; does your Government intend to comply with the order of the High Court of Kenya? That is what they are asking you.
