Clearly, if we look at the margin notes to Standing Order No.107, they relate to publication. This is because he has taken Kshs11,039,687.50 from the Report that was tabled in this House by the Minister for Co-operative Development and Marketing arising from the Report of the Task Force on Pyramid Schemes chaired by hon. Francis Nyenze, a former Member of Parliament.
