Madam Minister, I will give you four weeks within which to report to this House the steps you have taken in order to give an answer that is constitutional. So, you will give us the measures you would have taken to attain that goal that you have admitted you have not met. So, the Question can come back after four weeks for the Minister to give us a progress report on how far she has gone in ensuring that her answer complies with the Constitution.
