• 18 Nov 2010 in National Assembly: I think the issue being raised is that if there is a restraining order, any dismissals would be contrary to the order and you would have an obligation to ensure that, at least, the court order is obeyed, so that no worker is dismissed by James Finlay or any other firm. Mr. Assistant Minister, you have an obligation to tell the House what you are doing to ensure that the court order is complied with and that these workers are not dismissed contrary to the court order. That is the clarification that is being sought. view
