Isaac Ruto is that you have said that, having looked at these Bills, in respect of which we are going to extend time of the House to examine, have constitutional timelines. He said that you are misleading the House by so saying and, therefore, it is up to you to tell me which ones have timelines, so that I can rule him or you out of order.
