Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, out of concern about the level of impunity within the financial sector, this House passed the Fiscal Management Bill last year, so that we can deal with the issues of how public funds are spent and managed. Up to now, that Bill, although passed by this House, has not been assented to by the President.
