Mr. Speaker, Sir, considering that Kenya is a Member State of the East African Community, and further that Lake Victoria covers three countries, namely, Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania, what steps has the Assistant Minister taken to enlist the support of the Governments of Tanzania and Uganda in the fight against this destruction?

I would like to allow the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Administration of Justice and Legal Affairs some time to bring the names of the Kenya National Human Rights Commission. So, please, if points have been made, let us not belabour them, so that we give as many Members as possible an opportunity to make a contribution.
