Order, hon. Members! Indeed, this is an unprecedented situation where the House seeks to censure a Minister during the Budget season which is, of course, supervised by the same Minister. Your expressions of concern must have surely been understood by the Leader of Government Business. I would like him to give this House the assurance that, when they meet this evening, he will impress upon the HBC to prioritize this Motion so that all other Business can be suspended and debated tomorrow.
